With the weather starting to improve, we are hoping to spend lots more time outdoors this term. We started off our Science topic, 'Plants' by learning about the structure of a flower. We then went on a nature walk to find all the different features we had learnt about, including stems, roots and leaves.

In English, we went on an Antarctic expedition around the playground . This will help to inspire us to write our very own diary entries of a polar adventure later this term. 

In DT, we experimented with making moving pictures so that we will be able to make a moving picture for our diary entry at the end of term. We started with sliding pictures. They turned out so well and we were really proud of ourselves!
